A few days ago, I received an email from a reader who talked and praised about A Bucket Full Of Awesome. Over the months, I have often received emails as such and they're always really incredible. It makes you feel that this writing thing is right, if it is affecting people to such an extent that they're actually taking time out from their busy lives and writing to you, even a one-liner.
To all those readers who do this, I want to tell you that it makes us feel loved and proud of our work. It brings this gigantic smiles upon our faces and motivates us to write and publish more. It further makes us believe in ourselves, as an author and a person, that we have the capability to affect an individual's feelings with our mere words.
There is a huge possibility that you will receive a very generic reply, with just thank you, but please note that when we get those emails, we aren't sure about what to say either. We're dumbfounded and ecstatic to know that our words affected you to that extent. But we're always glad and always grateful that you reached out to us with your fangirling moments and touched emotions. Keep doing it, please. It makes us writers believe in our writing more.
As any writer knows, we live in self doubt all our lives regarding our writing. So, those letters/emails of appreciation touches upon the strings of our hearts and motivates us to write more and write better.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. ❤️
